Tufts Threat Assessment and Management is refreshing and reestablishing its work on campus following changes brought about by COVID-19.  Training held on Jan. 25 brought thirty-three staff members from various departments across all four schools together to better understand how to identify a potential threat on campus.

Led by Jennifer Previti, who has helmed TTAM since September of 2021, the training was attended by over half a dozen departments. These departments included TUPD, Student Affairs, the StAAR Center, the International Center, Counseling, Health and Wellness, OEO, and the General Counsel.

The goal of the training is to aid staff members across Tufts campuses in sufficiently identifying behavioral indicators of a threat, and how to report it to TTAM. Eventually, the training will be expanded to other departments, as well as faculty.

TTAM was founded in 2013. For more information, visit
