On Sunday April 21, 2013 at approximately 9:25 PM two female students came into the Tufts University Police station located at 419 Boston Avenue to report an indecent exposure. The victims stated that the crime occurred on the sidewalk abutting the train tracks on Boston Avenue near the University Police Station.

As they walked down Boston Avenue the two victims stated that a white male walked by them and as he did they noticed that he was not wearing pants, exposing his genitals. The suspect had no conversation or interaction with the victims. The male suspect fled to what the victims described as a white 4-door motor vehicle parked on Boston Avenue near College Avenue. According to the victims, the suspect fled down Boston Avenue towards College Avenue. The victims reported that they were not physically injured.

The victims described the suspect as:

* White male

*Late thirties or early forties

* With a thin build

* About 5 feet, 7 inches tall

* Dark hair

* Wearing a black zipper down jacket and sneakers.
