On Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at approximately 11:55 a.m. a female student reported to Tufts Police that she was the victim of an indecent assault and battery just moments earlier. The student stated that she was at the corner of Harrison Ave. and Kneeland St. when the incident occurred. The suspect grabbed her, then crossed the street and down Harrison Ave, toward 200 Harrison Ave. The student reported that she was not physically injured. We notified Boston Police and we are assisting them in their investigation of the incident.

The victim described the suspect as:

* Asian male

* Twenties/early thirties;

* Thin build

* Approximately 5’5” in height

* Dark brown or black hair in a “fresh buzz cut hair style, neat and particular”

* Sparse facial hair that is about 1/2” long

* Wearing a turquoise blue hat with a red brim, turquoise blue polo shirt, dark blue jeans, and black sneakers.
