Beat the Heat

* STAY INDOORS as much as possible and limit exposure to the sun.

* DRINK plenty of WATER. Avoid drinks with caffeine.

* LIMIT intake of alcoholic beverages.

* AVOID strenuous work during the warmest part of the day.
