On September 4, 2014 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Tufts Police learned that a Tufts affiliate was the victim of an Indecent Assault and Battery on Kneeland Street at the intersection of Washington Street in Boston. The victim stated that she was standing at the corner when a hispanic or light skinned black male approached her, exposed himself and rubbed his genitals on her thigh. He then entered a gold colored sedan, driven by another male and fled down Stuart Street towards Tremont Street. The victim was unable to get a license plate number of the vehicle. Tufts Police notified Boston Police and a search for the vehicle and suspect was conducted, without success.
