Students that operate a car with out-of-state registration must complete a Non-Resident Student Information Form, regardless of whether or not they park on campus. Print and complete this form and bring it to the University Police or a local police agency. You will be issued a blue window sticker indicating that you are a student attending school in Massachusetts.
