Citizen Complaint Form

Our department will receive, review, and investigate all inquiries and complaints regarding the conduct of our officers, or department procedures and services, including those received from anonymous sources.  

To register a complaint about a member of the department or department procedures and services, you can complete and submit the online form, download the form or call the non-emergency phone number for your campus and ask to speak with the patrol supervisor. Complaints may also be made in person or by fax or email. To register a complaint about a supervisor, you can complete and submit the online form or contact University Police during weekday business hours and ask to speak to the station commander.
