Request a TEMS Detail

A TEMS detail is the assignment of one or more EMTs for a particular duty. A TEMS detail is typically present at club athletic events in lieu of an athletic trainer, or at any event with special safety or medical concerns.

Please complete the following fields to notify the TEMS Director of Operations of an upcoming detail. Submission of this request form must be followed by an Interdepartment Requisition (IDR) and must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. The current charge for a TEMS detail is $15 per hour per EMT.
