Annual Radiation Safety Refresher

If this is your first time completing the Annual Radiation Safety Refresher, you must first attend the (in-class) Introduction to Radiation Safety Training, which is offered regularly on all 3 campuses. Mandatory refresher session for faculty, staff and students who are currently authorized to work with radioactive materials or ionizing radiation sources, or frequenting an area where these materials are used or stored. This session does NOT take the place of the initial radiation training course.

1. Download and review the Annual Radiation Safety Refresher Training

2. Once you have reviewed the training, Click Here to complete the Annual Radiation Safety Refresher Test.
There are a total of 4 questions. Make sure to select the best answer in each question. Click Here to download a pdf version of the test.

A passing score of 75% is required. A Certificate of Training will be sent to you if the test was passed.
