Tufts Shuttle Services have been suspended for Spring Break. The Davis Square Shuttle will be back in service Saturday, March 21. The SMFA/NEC shuttle and the Boston Ave Shuttle will be back in service Monday, March 23.
Tufts offers three shuttles on the Medford/Somerville campus.
While school is in session, the Tufts Davis Square Shuttle runs 7 days a week transporting passengers from the Campus Center to Davis Square and back with other stops on campus
While school is in session the SMFA/NEC shuttle runs Monday – Friday transporting passengers from the Aidekman Arts center to the the New England Conservatory then on to the School of the Museum of Fine Arts before returning to campus.
While school is in session the Boston Ave. shuttle runs Monday – Friday transporting passengers between SciTech (4 Colby), Halligan Hall and 200 Boston Ave, stopping at Dowling Hall in each direction.
Shuttle Services are suspended from mid May through September, Thanksgiving break, winter recess and spring break. Please visit the Mass Transit link for more information about public transportation near the Tufts University campuses.
Tufts GoSafe Services
The Tufts University Police Department is pleased to offer a re-designed safety service called the Tufts GoSafe, offered for your personal safety. The service is provided seven days a week, from sunset to sunrise, primarily using a van and/or officers on foot. The GoSafe service is provided between on campus locations, into neighborhoods within the GoSafe service area and to the Davis Square MBTA station when the on campus “Joey” shuttle is not in operation.
