Students and employees can purchase their Tufts University parking permits in-person at the Public Safety Administrative Services office on the first floor of the Dowling Hall parking garage on the Medford/Somerville campus, or at the University Police station in the Administrative Services building on the Grafton campus. To expedite this process, click here to fill out a PDF version of the Parking Decal Registration Form before you buy your permit. After completing this form, print it out and bring it with you when you purchase your pass.

Payroll Deduction for your employee parking permit is a Pre-Tax benefit! The Human Resources department will continue to allow Tufts Employees to pay for certain employment-related transportation expenses on a pre-tax basis for federal tax purposes. Under the program, only those employees utilizing payroll deduction are eligible for this pre-tax transportation benefit. Please note that the use of the program reduces an employee’s taxable compensation and accordingly the employee’s social security earnings. If this is a significant concern, an employee may choose not to participate in payroll deduction for transportation programs and may submit cash or check payment by mail or in person at the Administrative Services Office.
