The Department of Public Safety is committed to ensuring the continued reliability of the JumboFob system. However, we can't do so without your help. Anytime you experience a problem or malfunction of the JumboFob system please notify the JumboFob team using the online form below. Alternatively, you may report a problem by calling Administrative Services at x73692 or, after regular business hours, the University Police at x73030.
  • Each JumboFob door is numbered 00 to 07. Please indicate the number of the door at which the malfunction occurred. If the number is missing, please describe the door location as accurately as possible
