¹ Please note that a full year decal is valid from September 1 to the following August 31. The half year decals purchased in September expire on the last day of December. Second semester half year decals are valid from January 1 to August 31.
² Half-time is defined as working less than 17½ hours per week, as determined by Human Resources records. Academic year is considered Full Time.
³ After-hours is defined as an employee whose regular work schedule begins after 4 PM on weekdays, ends before 8 AM on weekdays, or is anytime on weekends. After-hours status may be subject to written verification from an employee's supervisor.
