Public Safety Administrative Services oversees parking related issues such as permits, day passes, and appeals as well as accepting payments for citations. Administrative Services also oversees Tufts University employee and student ID card related issues including the printing of replacement ID cards. The Administrative Services office is located on the first floor of the Dowling Hall Garage on the Medford/Somerville campus. The phone number is 617-627-3692 (7-3692). The office is open Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The Administrative Services office is closed weekends and university holidays.

Dowling Hall Garage(419 Boston Ave., Medford)

The garage is available for staff, faculty, and commuter students who have purchased a current Tufts University Parking Decal and have requested and received a garage access card (pictured right). Visitors are allowed to park in the garage but must purchase a token in order to exit the garage. The entrances to the garage are from North Hill Road and from Boston Avenue. The garage is open from 6 AM to 12 midnight and closed on holidays and weekends. Overnight parking is not allowed in the garage.

Lower Campus Garage (30 Lower Campus Road, Somerville)

The Lower Campus Road Garage is available to graduate students, seniors and juniors who have purchased a current Tufts University Resident Parking Permit and have requested a garage access card.
